Hard Rock Hotels App Redesign
Intelity’s main goal with this app redesign pitch was to combine all of the Hard Rock brands into one standalone app. From a functionality standpoint, I wanted to increase the features provided in the app while reducing the number of screens and simplifying the navigation. Users can find their ideal hotel by either selecting a destination or requested amenities. From there, users would be able to book a hotel or request guest services all from one screen. The app would also include nuances of the fun brand that Hard Rock has established, including custom playlists and interactive city guide maps. Another important feature of the redesign was making special offers and rewards more prominent throughout, with the goal being to increase user engagement and booking through the app. I accomplished this by including banners in the footer of several pages and a dedicated screen for all special offers. I loved working on such an iconic brand and blasting some music as I went.
