Omelet Order Kiosk

Project Description

Ordering a new experience. My company began testing a new product in 2015 to allow guests to order omelets through a tablet interface. This project involved creating two unique interfaces: one for guests and one for the chefs in the kitchen. I worked with our Business Development Manager to plan out the user journey through ordering. I kept the layout for each screen minimal, primarily using the bold brand colors to draw attention to buttons and guide users through the screens. For the back-of-house interface I borrowed the same color palette, but inverted the colors for maximum contrast. The main goal for these screens was to make it easy for the chefs to quickly see orders from afar and complete them as quickly as possible.
