Project Description
A love letter to my most influential attraction. I became a guest writer for the Discover Universal blog and after talking with the editor, I decided I wanted to do retrospective articles on past Universal attractions. For the inaugural article in this new series I knew exactly which attraction I had to pick.
I first visited Universal Orlando Resort in 1999 and was immediately in awe of all the amazing attractions and experiences. But the one that left the biggest impression was Twister…Ride it Out. The amazing effects and storytelling in the attraction made me fall in love with theme parks and set me on a whirlwind career path leading to Universal.
I worked with the editor to schedule interviews with members of Universal Creative to ask them about their experiences with the attraction. I worked with multiple stakeholders on edits and suggestions before submitting the final article.
